About Me
I fell into recruitment by mistake about five years ago. Prior to that I’d worked more on the HR and customer service side of things and had never realised what I was missing! I work in a small niche in the construction industry and have recently started doing some consultancy work in the public sector too.
I talk too much, am opinionated, love social media, am a total geek and feel cut off from the world if I don’t have access to my mobile phone or netbook. When I’m not online I can be found either up the allotment, in the swimming pool, or in front of the teevee with Mr J watching horror movies.

To tell you a bit more about my blog I have made this (very short) video. This is my first attempt at video so be nice, ok! It took at least 3,000 attempts and is mediocre at best, but you have to start somewhere, right?! See if you can count how many times I say the word “stuff”…
